How to compare a couple of login IP address of the server log file with the standard recorded in the lookup table, and give alarm if they do not match.

I have a couple login (user) and the ip address (c_ip) in the lookup table. As a true test to make a search query to compare these values with the values in the log file, and if they do not match to give the alarm.
