I've got this working but it looks like a bug and this is mostly an FYI. Pulling from one Kinesis stream is okay, pulling from multiple streams of the same name (but different regions) and only one seems to work.
If I make unique stream names across regions then it works fine.
I have multiple accounts that I'd be pulling from so I'm not sure if this potential bug spans regions too - but be on the lookout.
Version 4.3.0 of the plugin was recording errors in the log file. I upgraded to 4.4.0 and the errors disappeared, although it didn't fix the problem.
