one of splunk search head crashed which was part of a 4 member search head cluster. How to remove it from the cluster setup?

Hello, One of our splunk search head crashed which was part of a 4 member search head cluster. The crashed server cannot be brought online anymore. How to remove it from the cluster setup? so that i can build a new one add it to the cluster setup. Thanks, Simon Mandy
