Why am I getting error "The "id" field found in app.conf does not match the ID of your application" trying to upload a new version of my app?

I get the above mentioned error when I try to upload a new version of my app. I have also looked at https://answers.splunk.com/answers/51510/app-id-in-app-conf-must-match-the-root-directory-name-of-the-app.html and had no luck with it. I did ensure that tar only contains the app folder and no other folder. I also tried using the lower case, but that didn't help either :( Any feedback will be greatly appreciated! -Chandan
