How can I let users choose the displayed language from a drop-down list in dashboards without changing the browser settings?

Hi, I need to let Splunk users internationalize a Splunk App (dashboards, views, etc) without changing their browser settings. The user should have a drop-down list with the available languages to select from. It can't rely on the browser language settings. I am new to Splunk so any help would be greatly appreciated. Has anybody done anything similar? Thanks, Suat
