Adding 2 search heads in our environment to create a search head cluster, should they also have the same licensing setup as the original search head?

Hi, We are changing the current Splunk setup a bit and adding more Search heads (for clustering) into the Mix. Currently we have 1 SH and roughly 5-6 Indexers. 2 Additional Search Heads have been added and the plan is to create a Search Head Cluster. My question is regarding the use of Licensing on these new Search Heads. Just like the original SH, should these new SHs also have the exact same licensing setup? Apart from adding the Enterprise license, should each of these new SH contain all Indexers as part of the pool, or is that needed only on the license master(which will still be the original SH).
