Splunk User Roles for iOS Push Notifications

Hello, are there some permissions / user roles in Splunk 6.4 necessary to receive push notification in iOS or Android Splunk mobile App? If I logon with the admin user, everything is fine and I'm receiving push notification on my mobile device. With another user the push notification will not displayed / notified on the mobile device, but it's possible to see the alert in the alert tab of the app. In the past it works. Is there a reference to 6.4 update? Regards Finke
