Our licensing process seems to have stopped. We received an alert regarding the internal indexes were disabled due to licensing. Checking the licensing usage pages, the daily tab is accumulating each day and not rolling/zeroing out by midnight. And the last 30 days tab hasn't summarized usage since the 19th of November.
We've attempted a few restarts and upgraded from 6.1.x to 6.3.1 successfully, but did not fix the licensing issue. We have a distributed environment.
Any ideas what to look for/at?
