I followed the instructions for downloading and installing the Splunk App for AWS into Splunk Enterprise. Everything appeared to go correctly. Now when I navigate to the Configure portion of the Splunk app, as directed. I receive this error message.
"This app requires the Splunk Add-on for Amazon Web Services, but it is not installed on this server. Please install the add-on or contact an administrator"
I have verified that the Add-on is indeed installed on the server. What am I missing? Please advise.
