Best practises to integrate servicenow with splunk

Hello Splunkers I am new to splunk and we are planning to integrate servicenow with splunk.I have few questions to ask they might be silly but your answers worth me a lot. 1-Does splunk app for servicenow will automatically generate tickets. 2-How to avoid bulk of tickets to splunk from servicenow when something goes wrong but the issue was known. 3-What are best practises to install this app. Thanks Jack
